1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products, online courses, and programs offered by Daniela Meinl through the platform ThriveCart, as well as to related communications via Telegram, WhatsApp and Email (Sendy).

By purchasing a product or registering for a free offering, you agree to these Terms.

3. Subject of Agreement

The subject of the contract is participation in online courses, trainings, or digital experiences in the field of fascia and yoga, purchased via ThriveCart.

Depending on the offer, content may include instant-access materials, live sessions, or time-limited access.

4. Booking & Contract

Purchases are made via a checkout page hosted on ThriveCart.

By clicking the purchase button, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, access details.

The contract is considered active upon confirmation.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in Euros and include any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed via the providers listed on the ThriveCart checkout page.

Please note: digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (§ 356 (5) BGB).

6. Access & Usage

All digital materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or used commercially.

Access to Telegram channels or groups, WhatsApp Groups or email-based materials is only granted to the registered participant.

7. Liability

All content is provided for educational and self-development purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Participants take full responsibility for their own health and practice.

No liability is assumed for any issues arising from improper use or personal misinterpretation of the content.

8. Data Privacy

Data collected during the booking process or program participation will be used exclusively for communication and service delivery.

Emails are managed via Sendy (self-hosted). Telegram or WhatsApp participation is voluntary and not required for purchase.

9. Changes

The provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Legal venue is Neuenkirchen, unless otherwise required by law.
