Hi, I am Dani.
Author of »The Comprehensive Guide on Fascial Yoga « and founder of Integral Fascial Yoga
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve guided yoga teachers and movement educators into a deeper understanding of fascia — grounded in science, shaped through experience, and always rooted in embodied truth.
I was part of the original team around Dr. Robert Schleip, who pioneered international fascia research and the development of the now well-established principles for fascia training and have spent the last decade integrating this knowledge into yoga: not as fitness, but as a living, sensing practice.
My work brings together:
the science of fascia research
the depth of yoga
and the power of perception and presence
